Gutter Cleaning Service

With this service, you will have all gutters and roof surfaces cleaned of leaves and debris. We will clean and flush all downspouts as needed and replace any missing gutter clips and outlet strainers. This service will be completed twice yearly – once in the spring and once in the fall. You are not required to be at home when this is done. This is completed on a time-and-materials basis, and labor is charged at an hourly rate. The minimum charge is $150, and we generally send a crew of two to complete this service.

Inspection & Maintenance Service

With this service, you will have all roofing, chimneys, flashing, gutters, and downspouts inspected. We will complete a 23-point checklist reporting the current condition of your roofing system. We will make any minor repairs is applicable. If extensive work is needed, it will be reported to the owner and followed with a written estimate. This service is completed once per year, and you are required to be home during the service. This is completed on a time-and-materials basis, and labor is charged at an hourly rate. The minimum charge is $150, and we generally send a crew of two to complete this service.
