“Repairing your home is a daunting experience. You are nervous about the cost, the inconvenience, the time, the quality. Even in the best of circumstances, it starts off stressful. From my first encounter with Kelly, through the estimate process with Walt, to the final walk through with Nick, I felt confident and cared for. Everyone treated my concerns as a priority. I honestly felt like I was their only customer. Jack did such an amazing job on installing my storm doors! Everyone on my block has asked about them. I appreciate how clean the crew kept my house and the work area. Yes, I probably could have gotten this same work done for less money. But no one would have taken the time and energy to provide top notch communication and customer service. I never once worried that the job wouldn’t be done, and I know if there is an issue they will go above and beyond to make it right. How do I know? Because there was an issue with my doorbell and without even asking, they replaced it! The outstanding work they did on my roof was top tier. I appreciated the repairs to the masonry, and I wouldn’t even be able to tell where the new stucco is on my exterior except I need to paint it! Amazing! I went from not being sure I even wanted to stay in my house, to falling in love with it all over again. And that is worth every single penny.
